- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 oz packet onion soup mix
- 12 oz sliced mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh chopped parsley, for topping
Step by Step Instructions


STEP ONE – Place chicken into the Crockpot.
STEP TWO – Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
STEP THREE – In a bowl, combine the can of cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and onion soup mix. Spread over the chicken breasts.


STEP FOUR – Top with sliced mushrooms and garlic.
STEP FIVE – Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2 1/2-3 hours, until chicken is tender.
