STEP ONE – Add the beef to the Crockpot.
STEP TWO – Season with salt and pepper, then add the onion and garlic.
STEP THREE – Sprinkle the au jus mix over the beef.
STEP FOUR – Pour in the water and beef broth.
STEP FIVE – Stir to combine.
STEP SIX – Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.

2 lb. beef stew meat

34 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup water

1 cup beef broth

1 packet au jus mix

12 ounces wide egg noodles
