Once you try these Ranch Chicken Bacon Wonton Cups, you'll want to keep a package of wonton wrappers in the fridge all the time! They're super easy to make and you can change up the flavors and toppings to suit your tastes.

Do you ever just turn a few appetizers into a meal? We love doing that. When the kids were younger, we would have what they called 'buffet night' and made up a bunch of appetizers and charcuterie boards to go with our movie night.

If you're looking for other game day appetizers, try my pepperoni pizza bites, Parmesan bread bites and Doritos chicken tenders. They're all quick and easy to make and always crowd-pleasing.

Labelled ingredients for chicken bacon ranch wonton cups.
    • wonton wrappers - you can typically find them in the deli section, freezer section and sometimes, the produce section in the grocery store.
    • shredded chicken - you can use rotisserie chicken or any cooked chicken.
    • cream cheese - softened at room temperature.
    • cheddar cheese - use mild or sharp cheddar or you can substitute with mozzarella cheese. We use shredded cheddar cheese and love the sharp for best flavor.
    • bacon bites - use bacon bites or cook some crispy bacon.
    • sour cream - we used full fat sour cream, or you can use a lightened up version.
    • ranch seasoning packet
    • fresh parsley - alternatively, you can top the wonton cups with chopped green onions.

Yes, you can freeze wonton cups by placing the cooled small bites in an airtight container for up to two months. To reheat, thaw overnight then follow instructions for how to reheat wonton cups.
