Description

This easy Caramel Apple Fluff recipe is quick to whip up in 20 minutes with sweet and irresistible classic fall flavors. The delicious combination of 6 simple ingredients with chunks of tart apples, cool whip, vanilla pudding, mini marshmallows and caramel makes an easy dessert or salad for potlucks and family gatherings.


Ingredients

1 (3.4 oz.) package of instant vanilla pudding

3/4 cup milk

8 ounces cool whip

3 granny smith apples

1 cup miniature marshmallows

2 tbsp. caramel sauce, plus extra for topping


Instructions

  1. Chop the granny smith apples into chunks, and set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk, until smooth.
  3. Add the cool whip, and whisk until well combined.
  4. Add the caramel sauce, and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in the apple chunks and mini marshmallows.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

Storage instructions: Store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
