This easy Caramel Apple Fluff recipe is quick to whip up in 20 minutes with sweet and irresistible classic fall flavors. The delicious combination of 6 simple ingredients with chunks of tart apples, cool whip, vanilla pudding, mini marshmallows and caramel makes an easy dessert or salad for potlucks and family gatherings.
Ingredients
1 (3.4 oz.) package of instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup milk
8 ounces cool whip
3 granny smith apples
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. caramel sauce, plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Chop the granny smith apples into chunks, and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk, until smooth.
- Add the cool whip, and whisk until well combined.
- Add the caramel sauce, and stir to combine.
- Fold in the apple chunks and mini marshmallows.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
