    This easy recipe for Bisquick Peach Cobbler with Canned Peaches can be enjoyed even when it's not peach season! Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect summer dessert recipe! Did I mention it takes only 10 minutes to mix?!

    Ingredients

    Just a few simple ingredients, ten minutes and you'll have this cobbler in the oven!

    • Bisquick baking mix
    • Milk
    • Sugar
    • Nutmeg
    • Canned Peaches
    • Melted Butter

    Step by Step Instructions

    You can find a full list of ingredients with instructions on the recipe card at the bottom of this page.

    You will need an ungreased 8x8-inch baking dish for this recipe.

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Milk and bisquick mix in 8x8 inch baking dish with spoon and sliced peaches in the background.

    In 8x8-inch baking dish, stir together Bisquick baking mix, ground nutmeg and milk.

    Next, stir in melted butter and mix until well-combined.

    Sliced peaches with sugar in small white bowl with wooden spoon.

    In a small mixing bowl, combine drained canned peaches and granulated sugar.

    Sugar and peach mixture is added on top of the Bisquick and milk mixture in baking dish.

    Spoon peach mixture on top of the batter. Sprinkle with coarse sugar (optional)

    Bake in 375°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes until light golden brown and crispy around the edges.

    Enjoy plain, or serve with vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.

    Storage Instructions

    Store cooled peach cobbler in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.

    This easy recipe for Bisquick Peach Cobbler with Canned Peaches can be enjoyed even when it's not peach season! You can mix this cobbler and have it in the oven in ten minutes or less! Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect summer dessert recipe!


    Ingredients

    1 cup Bisquick ™ mix

    1 cup milk

    ½ teaspoon nutmeg (if you're not a fan of nutmeg, I would suggest reducing to ¼ teaspoon)

    ½ cup butter, melted

    1 cup granulated sugar

    1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches, drained

    2 teaspoons coarse sugar, optional to sprinkle on top before baking.


    Instructions

    1. In 8x8-inch baking dish, stir together Bisquick baking mix, ground nutmeg and milk. 

    2. Next, stir in melted butter and mix until well-combined.

    3. In a small mixing bowl, combine drained canned peaches and granulated sugar. 
    4. Spoon peach mixture on top of the batter. Sprinkle with coarse sugar (optional)

    5. Bake in 375°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes until light golden brown and crispy around the edges.
