Cracker candy is always a hit during the Christmas season and it’s fun to make for Valentine’s Day parties too! Made with the simplest ingredients, this Valentine’s Day candy is super-easy to make. Once you make one batch, you’ll want to make a second right away!

Ingredients

  • Saltine Crackers
  • Salted Butter
  • Light brown sugar, packed
  • White chocolate chips
  • Pink candy melts
  • Red and pink M&Ms
  • Valentines sprinkles

Step by Step Intructions

Saltine cracker are spread out in parchment-lined baking dish.

STEP ONE – Preheat your oven to 400 degrees farenheit.

STEP TWO – Line a rimmed sheet pan with foil or parchment, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

STEP THREE – Line a baking sheet with saltine crackers in a single layer. It may be anywhere from 35-45 crackers, depending on the pan size.

STEP FOUR – In a small saucepan, heat the butter and brown sugar on medium heat until bubbly. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

STEP FIVE – Pour the brown sugar mixture over top of the saltine crackers, as evenly as you can.

STEP SIX – Place the pan into the oven and heat for 5-6 minutes, until bubbling.

STEP SEVEN – Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over top. Give the chocolate a minute or so to get melted.

STEP EIGHT – Use a spatula to spread the chocolate around to cover the top of the crackers.

STEP NINE- Sprinkle with a few M&M candies and sprinkles.

STEP TEN – Melt the pink candy melts, by microwaving on 30 second increments, stirring well in between.

STEP ELEVEN – Add the melted candy to a piping bag and snip off the tip.

STEP TWELVE – Drizzle the pink candy melts over the bark.

STEP THIRTEEN – Sprinkle with even more M&Ms and sprinkles.

STEP FOURTEEN – Place the pan into the freezer for 30 minutes to set the candy and chocolate.

STEP FIFTEEN – Break the bark into large chunks and enjoy.

40 Saltine Crackers

1 cup Salted Butter

1 Cup light brown sugar, packed

2 Cups white chocolate chips

1 cup pink candy melts

1 cup red and pink M&Ms

Instructions
