Description

This adorable Valentine’s Day Cracker Candy is simple, and quick treat is guaranteed to bring joy to your loved ones! Made with simple ingredients, it’s perfect for bake sales, boxing up and giving as a gift and Valentine’s Day parties!

Ingredients

40 Saltine Crackers

1 cup Salted Butter

1 Cup light brown sugar, packed

2 Cups white chocolate chips

1 cup pink candy melts

1 cup red and pink M&Ms

Valentines sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
  2. Line a rimmed sheet pan with foil or parchment, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Line a baking sheet with saltine crackers in a single layer. It may be anywhere from 35-45 crackers, depending on the pan size.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the butter and brown sugar on medium heat until bubbly. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour the brown sugar mixture over top of the saltine crackers, as evenly as you can.
  6. Place the pan into the oven and heat for 5-6 minutes, until bubbling.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over top. Give the chocolate a minute or so to get melted.
  8. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate around to cover the top of the crackers.
  9. Sprinkle with a few M&M candies and sprinkles.
  10. Melt the pink candy melts, by microwaving on 30 second increments, stirring well in between.
  11. Add the melted candy to a piping bag and snip off the tip.
  12. Drizzle the pink candy melts over the bark.
  13. Sprinkle with even more M&Ms and sprinkles.
  14. Place the pan into the freezer for 30 minutes to set the candy and chocolate.
  15. Break the bark into large chunks and enjoy.
