Homemade Marshmallow Pops
I never knew I loved marshmallow treats dipped in chocolate until I tried them at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Shop and they are one of my favourite treats now.
The texture and flavor of them are just so Good!!
The soft, pillowy marshmallow pairs beautifully with the firm, chocolate outer coating, while the red and white chocolate drizzle and heart sprinkles add a festive Valentine’s flair.
You can easily customize these marshmallow treats to fit any occasion with colors and sprinkles, or just drizzle them with chocolate to suit the holiday.

How To Make Marshmallow Pops For Valentine’s Day
Assemble the Marshmallows
For each lollipop stick or straw, push 3 marshmallows onto it, leaving a bit of space between each marshmallow for easier dipping and decorating.
Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Avoid overheating.
Dip the Marshmallow Pops
Hold each stick and dip all three marshmallows into the melted chocolate, gently tapping the stick on the edge of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
Set the Chocolate Coating
Place the chocolate-dipped marshmallow pops on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with White and Red Candy Melts
Melt the white and red candy melts separately in microwave-safe bowls. Using a spoon or piping bag, drizzle the white candy melts over the chocolate-covered marshmallows. Repeat with the red candy melts and then add heart sprinkles.
Let Harden and Serve
Leave the pops on the parchment paper until the chocolate and candy melts are completely set. Once hardened, they’re ready to serve and enjoy!
Storage Instructions
