Turn a basic package of sugar cookie dough into adorable Reindeer Sugar Cookies. Easy to decorate and perfect for holiday baking with kids, they’re the ultimate combination of cute and delicious.

Ingredients You’ll Need

16 oz sugar cookie dough, precut into squares (I prefer Pillsbury)
1 cup chocolate frosting
48 pretzel twists
48 candy eyeballs
24 red M&Ms
Step by Step Instructions


STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP TWO – Place the cookies on the parchment lined baking sheet 2-3 inches apart and bake for 13-17 minutes.
STEP THREE – Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely – 5-10 minutes.
STEP FOUR – Spread frosting over each cookie.


STEP FIVE – Arrange two pretzel twists at the top of the cookie on each side for the antlers.
STEP SIX – Add two candy eyeballs to the center, under the antlers, and a red M&M just under the center of the cookie.
