Description

These Cranberry Turkey Sliders on Hawaiian rolls are the ultimate way to transform your Thanksgiving leftovers into something everyone will crave. With layers of tender turkey, melty Gouda cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce tucked inside sweet Hawaiian rolls, every bite is the perfect balance of savory and sweet.

Ingredients

1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls

3 cups cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)

6 slices Gouda cheese

3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

3 Tablespoons mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon light brown sugar

2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease the bottom of a 9×13” baking dish.
  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer with turkey, then Gouda slices, and spread cranberry sauce over the top. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and rosemary. Whisk together until combined. Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm and enjoy!
