White Crunch Popcorn for Christmas Gifts

Christmas crunch popcorn is not only a quick and easy snack to enjoy during the holidays but it is also one of the easiest Christmas gifts to make to share with friends and family.

I love making food gifts for Christmas gifts, snack appetizers or holiday favours for the quests around the table like my cinnamon mixed nuts or sugar cookie truffles.

Kids love to get their own Christmas popcorn tins or holiday bags with merry Christmas colors.

This Christmas popcorn with holiday M&M’s, pretzels, white chocolate and festive colored sprinkles is an easy to snack on shareable treat for any jolly occasion!

Ingredients

Ingredients for Christmas popcorn in small bowls.
  • Popcorn (already popped)
  • White candy wafers
  • M&Ms (green and red)
  • Pretzels
  • Red & green sprinkles

Substitutions & Variations: Use milk or dark chocolate in place of white chocolate. Add in your favorite nuts, Christmas candy, marshmallows or holiday chocolate M&M peanuts that my sons love to add.

How to Make Christmas Popcorn

STEP ONE – On a baking tray, lay out the popped popcorn.

STEP TWO – Then break up half of the pretzels and spread both the broken and whole pieces of pretzel over the popcorn.

STEP THREE – Spread out the M&Ms over the popcorn.

STEP FOUR – Melt the candy wafers in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds, until its melted and liquid.

STEP FIVE – Spread the melted candy wafers over the popcorn mix.

STEP SIX – Then add the sprinkles to the popcorn mix and toss everything to make sure the ingredients stick to each other.

Yes you can make this popcorn ahead of time for gifts or for snacks.

Storage Instructions

Store in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool dry place for 7 to 10 days.

1.5 oz pretzels

ยฝ teaspoonsย  red sprinkles

ยฝ teaspoons green sprinkles
