Christmas Charcuterie Cups- Easy DIY Appetizer

Christmas Charcuterie Cups are a fun and festive way to serve appetizers without the hassle of assembling a full board. Each cup is packed with a mix of meats, cheeses, fruits and little holiday touches that make them feel special. Ingredients You’ll Need

30 pieces of salami
6 cracker slices of cheddar cheese
12 blackberries
18 grapes
6 rosemary sprigs
6-12 club crackers
6 gherkins
Supplies Needed

Step by Step Instructions

STEP ONE – Start by adding a sprig of rosemary to each cup. Next, cut stars out of the cracker slices of cheese. Discard the excess cheese.

STEP TWO – Fold the salami pieces in half and then in half again, and skewer 4-5 onto a skewer.

STEP THREE – Add those to the cups.

STEP FOUR – For the cheese, add the cheese star to a skewer and add on a couple of blackberries.

STEP FIVE – Add a gherkin to a skewer, and add that to each of the cups.

STEP SIX – Finally, add 3 grapes to a skewer and add. **To create different heights of the ingredients, you can cut off a bit of the skewer to make the grapes sit lower in the cups.
