Description

Christmas Charcuterie Cups are a fun and festive way to serve appetizers without the hassle of assembling a full board. Each cup is packed with a mix of meats, cheeses, fruits and little holiday touches that make them feel special. They look impressive, come together quickly and are easy for guests to grab and enjoy during Christmas parties, potlucks or holiday brunches.

Ingredients

30 pieces of salami

6 cracker slices of cheddar cheese

12 blackberries

18 grapes

6 rosemary sprigs

6-12 club crackers

6 gherkins

Supplies Needed:

6 red & green Christmas charcuterie cups

Instructions

  1. Start by adding a sprig of rosemary to each cup. Next, cut stars out of the cracker slices of cheese. Discard the excess cheese.
  2. Fold the salami pieces in half and then in half again, and skewer 4-5 onto a skewer.
  3. Add those to the cups.
  4. For the cheese, add the cheese star to a skewer and add on a couple of blackberries.
  5. Add a gherkin to a skewer, and add that to each of the cups.
  6. Finally, add 3 grapes to a skewer and add. **To create different heights of the ingredients, you can cut off a bit of the skewer to make the grapes sit lower in the cups.
