- Cooked Chicken – shredded, make your own or use rotisserie chicken
- Penne Pasta – cooked or use your favourite pasta shape like rigatoni or ziti
- Cooked Bacon – crumbled
- Ranch Dressing
- Sour Cream
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- Colby Jack Cheese – shredded
- Mozzarella Cheese – shredded
- Green Onions – optional chopped garnish
How To Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
STEP TWO – In a large bowl, mix the ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
STEP THREE – Add the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, and half of the crumbled bacon. Stir until evenly coated.
STEP FOUR – Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
STEP FIVE – Sprinkle the Colby Jack cheese and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
STEP SIX – Top with the remaining crumbled bacon.
STEP SEVEN – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
STEP EIGHT – Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions if desired.
Storage and Reheating Instructions
