Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup powdered
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs candies, crushed + additional for garnish

Step By Step Instructions

Cream cheese in mixing bowl.
Brown sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla are added to the mixing bowl with the cream cheese.

STEP ONE – Using a hand or stand mixer in a medium bowl,beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

STEP TWO – Mix in the brown sugar, powdered sugar,and vanilla until fully combined.

Mini eggs are added to the cream cheese mixture in mixing bowl.

STEP THREE – Gently fold in the Cadbury Min iEggs with a spatula.

STEP FOUR – Transfer to a serving dish and then garnish with additional crushed or whole
