Crockpot Easter Cluster Candy

I love how this 4-ingredient Easter candy combines the delicious blend of sweet, salty, crunchy, and creamy with a festive spring pastel flair.

It’s an easy no-fail candy treat that anyone can make, that’s a crowd pleaser for Easter parties, spring potlucks and for homemade gifting in Easter bags.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms, divided
  • Easter sprinkles

For different variations you can use milk or dark chocolate and add pieces of pretzels.

How to Make Easter Crockpot Candy

STEP ONE – Combine the nuts and white chocolate in the crockpot, and heat on low for 1 hour.

STEP TWO – Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.

STEP THREE – Stir the mixture, then very quickly fold in ¾ cup of the M&Ms and use the cookie scoop to drop onto the parchment paper lined tray. This process must be super quick as the candy will start to melt if you’re slow.

STEP FOUR – Top each dropful of mixture with a few additional M&Ms and sprinkles.

Step Five – Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to help set the chocolate. Enjoy!

Storage Instructions

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Use a piece of parchment paper or wax paper between layers to prevent them from sticking together.
