Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Breakfast Sausage,
4 Slices Bacon, chopped
10 Large Eggs
½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Half n Half
30 Ounces Shredded Hash Browns, thawed
1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided
½ Yellow Onion, diced
½ Green Bell Pepper, diced

How to Make It

STEP ONE – Preheat your oven to 350°F.
STEP TWO – Add the ground sausage and bacon pieces to a large skillet until browned. Drain and keep to the side
STEP THREE- In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and beat until consistent. Add the seasonings and half n half and beat again until well combined.


STEP FOUR – Add the hash browns, browned meat, diced bell peppers, diced onions, pepper jack cheese and half of the cheddar cheese to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Mix these ingredients until well incorporated.


STEP FIVE – Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top of the ingredients.


STEP SIX – Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 1 hour 10 minutes.
STEP SEVEN – Remove and serve immediately.
How do I know when the casserole is done baking? The center should be set (not jiggly) and a knife inserted in the middle should come out clean. You can also use a thermometer—look for 160°F.
