Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Breakfast Sausage,
4 Slices Bacon, chopped
10 Large Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Half n Half
30 Ounces Shredded Hash Browns, thawed
1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Add the ground sausage and bacon pieces to a large skillet until browned. Drain and keep to the side.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs and beat until consistent. Add the seasonings and half n half and beat again until well combined.
- Add the hash browns, browned meat, diced bell peppers, diced onions, pepper jack cheese and half of the cheddar cheese to a greased baking dish. Mix these ingredients until well incorporated.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top of the ingredients.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 1 hour 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve immediately.

Storage Instructions: Once the breakfast casserole has cooled completely, cover with foil, or decant into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days..
