Ingredients You’ll Need

Pecan pie fudge in small bowls on counter.
  • ½ cup dark corn syrup
  • ⅓ cup evaporated milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp maple extract
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans

Step By Step Instructions

Melted chocolate in bowl.
Powdered sugar is added to the bowl.

STEP ONE – Line an 8 × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang along the sides for easy removal.

STEP TWO – Pour the dark corn syrup and evaporated milk into a medium to large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.

STEP THREE – Immediately add the white chocolate chips, about 1 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition until completely melted and smooth.

STEP FOUR – Working quickly, stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and maple extract until well combined. Fold in 1 cup of the chopped pecans.

Mixture is poured into parchment lined baking sheet.
Pecans are sprinkled on top of mixture in pan.

STEP FIVE – Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

STEP SIX – Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of chopped pecans evenly over the top. Gently press them into the fudge so they stay in place.

STEP SEVEN – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the fudge is completely firm and set.

STEP EIGHT – Use the parchment paper to lift the chilled fudge from the baking dish and transfer it to a cutting board.

STEP NINE – Using a large sharp knife, cut the fudge into 5 rows in each direction to make 25 pieces. Serve and enjoy.
