Description

This Easter Crockpot Candy is a delightful mix of sweet and salty flavors, made with smooth white chocolate, crunchy nuts, and pastel M&M candies. Melted in the slow cooker, this effortless Easter dessert is perfect for Easter brunch, an Easter party, or any springtime celebration!

Ingredients

2 cups mixed nuts

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup Easter M&Ms, divided

Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine the nuts and white chocolate in the crockpot, and heat on low for 1 hour.
  2. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  3. Stir the mixture, then very quickly fold in ¾ cup of the M&Ms and use the cookie scoop to drop onto the parchment paper lined tray. This process must be super quick as the candy will start to melt if you’re slow.
  4. Top each dropful of mixture with a few additional M&Ms and sprinkles.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to help set the chocolate. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Use a piece of parchment paper or wax paper between layers to prevent them from sticking together.
