Ingredients You’ll Need

4 lbs country style pork ribs

2 onions, sliced

12 oz can coke

1 ½ cup BBQ sauce, divided

2 tablespoons brown sugar, for a stickier glaze

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to desired spice

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Step by Step Instructions

Pork ribs and onions are placed in the crockpot.

STEP ONE – Place the pork ribs and onions into crockpot.

Remaining ingredients are adde to the crockpot.

STEP TWO – Add the coke, 1 cup BBQ sauce, brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the ribs and onions.

STEP THREE – Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-8 hours, until the meat is tender. Enjoy or follow next step (optional)
