Ingredients
5 thick cut boneless pork chops
1 envelope dry ranch seasoning mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
4 tablespoons (¼ cup) butter, sliced
Fresh herbs, for topping
Instructions
- Place pork chops into crockpot and top with ranch seasoning mix, brown gravy mix, onions, and garlic.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup and the cream of chicken soup over the pork chops and then top with butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops reach a minimal internal temperature of 145°F.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and top with herbs.
Notes
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 3 or 4 days.
Reheat on the stovetop covered over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
