Description

These creamy crockpot ranch pork chops are effortless comfort food that makes weeknight dinners easy. The pork turns tender as it slow cooks in a rich ranch-seasoned sauce the whole family will love. Simple, hearty, and hands-off for busy days.


Ingredients

5 thick cut boneless pork chops

1 envelope dry ranch seasoning mix

1 envelope brown gravy mix

1 onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup

10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup

4 tablespoons (¼ cup) butter, sliced

Fresh herbs, for topping


Instructions

  1. Place pork chops into crockpot and top with ranch seasoning mix, brown gravy mix, onions, and garlic.
  2. Pour the cream of mushroom soup and the cream of chicken soup over the pork chops and then top with butter.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops reach a minimal internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and top with herbs.

Notes

Storage Instructions: Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 3 or 4 days.

Reheat on the stovetop covered over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
