  • 1 lb bacon, cut in half
  • 2 – 5 oz cans water chestnuts

Step By Step Instructions

Water chestnut is placed at the bottom of the cut piece of bacon and ready to be rolled.
Rolled and secured with tooth, the bacon-wrapped water chestnut is ready to go into the air fryer.

STEP ONE – Preheat the air fryer to 385°F.

STEP TW0 – Cut each strip of bacon in half crosswise.

STEP THREE – Place one water chestnut at the end of each piece of bacon and roll the bacon around the water chestnut.

STEP FOUR – Secure each bacon-wrapped water chestnut with a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.

STEP FIVE – Arrange the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one.

STEP SIX – Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket about every 4 minutes to promote even cooking and prevent sticking. Cook until the bacon reaches your desired level of crispness.
