Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon, cut in half
  • 2 - 5 oz cans water chestnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 385°F.
  2. Cut each strip of bacon in half crosswise.
  3. Place one water chestnut at the end of each piece of bacon and roll the bacon around the water chestnut.
  4. Secure each bacon-wrapped water chestnut with a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
  5. Arrange the bacon-wrapped water chestnuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one.
  6. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket about every 4 minutes to promote even cooking and prevent sticking. Cook until the bacon reaches your desired level of crispness.
