This delicious spice blend can be added to tacos, burritos or homemade chili. It's also a wonderful food gift to package up for someone who loves to cook!

    this recipe!

Today, I'm sharing with you a very simple recipe for a delicious seasoning blend that tastes amazing in burritos, tacos or homemade chili. This was one of my most popular products when I sold homemade gourmet foods many years ago. This mix makes a great gift or for your own pantry.

You will love that there are no added preservatives and knowing exactly what is going into this recipe.

I recommend adding 3 tbsp. of this blend to one pound of ground beef for burritos or tacos. You may want to add a little more to spice it up even more. Be sure to check out this Easy Homemade Flour Tortilla Recipe. Fresh, homemade flour tortillas are a bit more work but SO delicious and a family favourite in our home.

How to make this Southwest Seasoning Recipe

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine. Yes! It's that easy. Store in a glass jar in the pantry for up to six months.

Once you use this mix you won't want to go back to the store-bought packages because it's that good!

We love this spice and no longer buy the package at the grocer store for tacos.
