Ingredients You’ll Need

2.25 lbs green seedless grapes
6 slices of salami
25 slices of pepperoni
4-5 sprigs of rosemary
2 slices of American cheese
6 oz. Swiss cheese
4-6 raisins
1 heart sprinkle
Step by Step Instructions

STEP ONE – With your charcuterie board vertical, line your salami slices at the bottom of your board.
STEP TWO – Add one row of grapes just above the salami. Then add your sprigs of rosemary creating the Grinch smile.
STEP THREE – Continue to add all of your grapes to create the Grinch’s face.

STEP FOUR – Cut two slices from your American cheese. You want a large triangle with the top corner of the triangle a bit rounded. Place your cheese slices on the grinch’s face where his eyes would be. Add a few raisins in the middle of the cheese slices.
STEP FIVE – Above his eyes, add your rosemary slices to create his eyebrows.
STEP SIX – Add your heart sprinkle for his nose.
STEP SEVEN – Arrange a line of Swiss cheese right above the grinches forehead. Take some of your Swiss cheese, and cut it into a rectangle. Cut lines on that cheese to create a tassel for his Christmas hat. Set aside.
STEP EIGHT – Add your pepperoni slices. Just under the right side of one of your pepperoni slices, add your tassel of Swiss cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
