Description

These Crockpot Nut Clusters are a simple, no-fuss holiday treat made right in your slow cooker! With layers of creamy chocolate and crunchy mixed nuts, decorated with Christmas sprinkles, each piece is a perfect mix of sweet and salty deliciousness.


Ingredients

3 cups mixed nuts

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

16 oz white almond bark

5 tbsp Christmas sprinkles


Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, layer the mixed nut and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Set the almond bark on top.
  2. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour.
  3. Line a few baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Stir everything together.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to drop scoops of chocolate and nuts on the parchment paper. Top with sprinkles.
  6. Transfer baking sheets to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.

Notes

Storage instructions:

Allow the candy to cool and set completely before transferring to an airtight container using parchment paper to separate any layers and store at room temperature for 10 to 14 days.

To freeze wrap each piece in plastic foil then place them in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container for freezing up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge or at room temperature before enjoying.
