Ingredients You’ll Need For This Dump & Go Crockpot Dinner

3 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil, to sear beef
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)
¼ cup chopped parsley, for topping
Step By Step Instructions



STEP ONE – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes on both sides until browned. Transfer to crockpot.
STEP TWO – Add garlic and butter.
STEP THREE – Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
STEP FOUR – Stir before serving and top with chopped parsley.

Storage & Reheating Instructions
Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 3 or 4 days.
Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through.

Substitutions & Additions: You can add red pepper flakes to give it some spice.
You can use beef stew meat instead of sirloin steak.
You can use more or less garlic, to taste.
You don’t need to add broth but you can add ¼ cup if you want extra sauce to pour over mashed potatoes or rice.
You can add a packet of au jus or brown gravy mix for more flavor and to thicken sauce.
