  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

STEP ONE – To a cutting board add the lettuce, tomato, pepperoni, salami, ham, cheese, banana peppers, red onions, black olives, and pickles. 

STEP TWO – Chop everything to the same size. Transfer to a large bowl.

1/4 cup red onions, sliced

1/8 cup black olives, sliced

2 pickle spears
