Banana Pudding Cookies With White Chocolate Chips

The white chocolate chips add a creamy, sweet flavor that takes the banana cookies to the next level.

The pudding mix in the dough not only makes the cookies irresistibly delicious, but it helps the cookies stay soft for days.

They have that sweet banana-vanilla flavor of banana goodness that everyone loves!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of banana pudding jello mix
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

You can add a white chocolate drizzle or a drizzle of frosting on top for extra sweet flavor.

How To Make Banana Pudding Cookies

Step One – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step Two – In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Step Three – Add in the mashed banana, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step Four – In a separate bowl, combine the flour, banana pudding jello mix, and baking soda.

Step Five – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Chocolate chips are stirred into the batter.

Step Six – Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Step Seven – Put some vegetable  oil on your hands and form small balls, place them on a baking sheet about an inch apart.

Step Eight – Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Step Nine – Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

Storage Instructions
