What is marshmallow fluff?
Marshmallow fluff is otherwise known as marshmallow creme and can be found in most grocery stores. It is typically in the section with the ice cream toppings.
Its a sweet, spreadable marshmallow-like dessert topping that is usually sold in jars or plastic containers.
How to make Rice Krispie treats with marshmallow fluff

Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray, or grease lightly with butter.
Place Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low-medium heat. Stir in marshmallow fluff and continue to cook over low-medium heat for one minute, stirring constantly until the butter is mixed into the marshmallow fluff. Stir in 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla.
Pour marshmallow mixture on top of the Rice Krispies and stir until well combined.
Transfer mixture to prepared 9x-13-inch baking dish. Use a spatula to flatten and smooth out the Rice Krispies mixture.
Cut Rice Krispie treats into squares.
Place white chocolate in a small, microwave-safe mixing bowl. Melt chocolate in microwave by heating for 20 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals, until melted.
Dip one end of the Rice Krispie treat into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with colored sprinkles. Place on piece of parchment paper until set.
