Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

The only thing better than a classic chocolate chip cookie is one with a sweet surprise inside—an Oreo! These Oreo-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are rich, indulgent, and packed with double the cookie goodness in every bite.

Our family loves different kinds of chocolate chip cookies like, banana chocolate chip cookies, Reese’s peanut butter cookies and these chewy cowboy cookies.

Oreo Lovers Chocolate Chip Cookies

Biting into a chocolate chip cookie with Oreo inside is our two favorite cookies in one bite.

These Oreo and Chocolate Chip Cookies are easy to make with simple ingredients, most of which you might already have in your pantry.

These tasty cookies will disappear in a hurry for a fundraiser or bake sale!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 18 Oreos, divided

For More Oreo Flavor!

For more Oreo goodness you can add pieces of Oreo cookies on top of the cookies before you bake them. Roughly chop or break the Oreos into small chunks, around ½-inch pieces and gently press a few pieces on top after you have covered the stuffed Oreo.

How To Make Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

STEP ONE – Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP TWO – Cream together the butter and sugar.

STEP THREE – Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda to the butter mixture and stir until there are no dry patches.

Chocolate chips and two chopped Oreo cookies are added to the cookie dough.
Cookie dough balls are placed on baking sheet and the Oreo cookies are laid out in the middle ready for next step.

STEP FOUR – Then add in all of the chocolate chips and two crushed oreos, gently stir these into the dough.

STEP FIVE – Using your 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out 9 cookie dough balls. Place 6 on your baking sheet, break the other 3 in half to make 1 tablespoon sized cookie dough balls.

STEP SIX – Press 1 whole oreo on top of each of the 6 two tablespoon cookie dough balls, wrapping the dough up the sides. Then place 1 one tablespoon cookie dough ball on top and press it down onto the oreo to finish completely covering the oreo.

STEP SEVEN – Repeat the steps to cover 6 full oreos, then bake for about 14 minutes, or until starting to golden on the bottom and edges. Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then move to a cooling rack to finish cooling before enjoying.

STEP EIGHT – Repeat steps 5-7 until you run out of cookie dough and Oreos. Enjoy!

Storage Instructions

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
