Description

This cream cheese Veggie Pizza Dip recipe with ranch seasoning is a delicious cold dip without a crust or sauce. It’s a creamy, vegetarian dip appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering that is sure to be a hit with everyone!


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz sour cream

1 oz packet of dry ranch seasoning

3 Tablespoons broccoli, chopped into small pieces

3 Tablespoons cucumber, chopped into small pieces

3 Tablespoons carrots, chopped into small pieces

3 Tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped into small pieces

3 Tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Spread into a shallow dish.
  2. Sprinkle chopped veggies and cheese over the top.
  3. Cover and chill for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with crackers, pretzels, veggies, or your dipper of choice.
