This Sheet Pan Pork Chops and Potatoes is an easy one-pan dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Made with simple ingredients, juicy pork chops, and tender roasted potatoes, it’s a hearty family meal with minimal prep and easy cleanup.
Ingredients
4 pork chops - 1 inch thick
1.5 lb bag baby potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 oz ranch seasoning packet
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Stir seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Pour half the mixture over the potatoes in a large bowl and toss with 1 ½ tbsp olive oil.
- Arrange pork chops on a sheet pan, drizzle half the remaining olive oil over one side and sprinkle half the seasonings., gently rub into the pork chops. Flip the pork chops, repeat.
- Arrange everything on the sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pork chops are done.
Notes
Storage & Reheating Instructions: Store leftover pork chops and potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10–15 minutes, or until heated through. You can also microwave individual portions in 30-second intervals until warm, though the potatoes won’t be as crisp.
