Description

This easy and delicious Rolo Pretzel Turtles with pecans recipe is a popular holiday treats to serve a crowd at a Christmas party. One of the easiest 3 ingredient holiday treats you can make with salty pretzels, sweet caramel Rolos and crunchy pecans!


Ingredients

48 pretzel snaps

48 Rolos, unwrapped

48 pecan halves


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the pretzel snaps out onto the tray in a single layer, spacing them out about 1-inch apart.
  3. Top each pretzel with an unwrapped Rolo.
  4. Transfer the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 2-4 minutes, just until the chocolate softens. Do not over bake it. The Rolos should hold its shape and not be fully melted.
  5. Remove the pretzels from the oven and immediately top each one with a pecan halve. Gently press it down into the Rolo so that it sticks and the chocolate spreads.
  6. Allow to cool completely on the counter before serving. You can place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to help speed up the process. Enjoy!
