This easy Peach Pineapple Margarita tropical inspired cocktail recipe is a fun to make delicious fruity margarita. Enjoy this margarita with tequila, peach and pineapple flavors that pair so well together for summer gatherings or whenever you need a quick relaxing vacation atmosphere.
Ingredients
- Tequila - 2 oz. of Gold or Silver tequila depending on your tastes
- Grand Marnier - 1/2 oz.
- Peach Syrup - 1/2 oz.
- Peach Pineapple Juice - 3 oz.
- Simple Syrup
- Sugar Sprinkles - use coarse sugar, granulated sugar or coloured sugar sprinkles for glass garnish
- Salt Rim - seal salt or kosher salt for glass garnish
- Ice - use crushed ice, cubed ice or large cubes for longer melt times
Garnishes
- Lime Wheel
- Peach Wedge
- Pineapple Wedge
Instructions
- Rim the edge of your glasses with a salt rim or sugar rim.
- Dip your glass in simple syrup and then into either the sugar or salt rim. Set to the side.
- Fill your glasses 3/4 of the way up full with ice.
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to mix.
- Pour the cocktail into the ice filled glasses.
- Garnish with any combination of lime, peach or pineapple wedges and enjoy!
Notes
Simple syrup recipe: Combine 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. For a slightly thicker syrup, let the mixture simmer for a few more minutes. Allow it to cool and store it in the fridge using an airtight container for 10 to 14 days.
