Description

It doesn’t get any easier than this three-ingredient Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix! Otherwise known as a Peach Dump Cake, this recipe has only 3 ingredients and takes only five minutes to mix up!! Serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect summer dessert.

Ingredients

Canned peaches in syrup, 796mL (26 oz) – Note, some companies have varying sizes of canned peaches. Anything the 26 to 30 oz. will work great for this recipe.

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, but good)!

1 box yellow cake mix

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter

Optional, a little brown sugar or coarse sugar to sprinkle on top before baking

Instructions

  1. Place canned peaches and syrup in uncreased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle bake mix on top of peaches as evenly as possible.
  3. Cut butter into thin squares or slices and spread evenly over top of cake mix.
  4. Bake in 350°F oven for 45 to 55 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Store cooled leftovers in covered baking dish or airtight container
