Description
This easy No Bake Peanut Butter Pie recipe is loaded with smooth, velvety peanut butter flavor and the best chocolate Oreo crust. For more peanut butter goodness I topped it with pieces of Reese peanut butter cups and chocolate sauce. This crowd pleasing, creamy rich treat is one of the most popular satisfying, holiday desserts that’s a hit with everyone!!
Ingredients
2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
4 Tablespoon butter, melted
FILLING:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Optional Topping:
7.6 ounce bag Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
3 Tablespoons chocolate sauce
3 Tablespoons melted peanut butter
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the oreo crumbs with the melted butter until evenly coated. Press the crumbs into a 9in pie dish along the bottom and sides. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until set.
- In a large mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract then set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, careful not to over whip it.
- Carefully fold the heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the crust in an even layer. Refrigerate at least four hours to firm up then serve.
- Optional Topping
- Decorate with chopped peanut butter cups, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and melted peanut butter. (microwave 10 seconds) Enjoy!

Storage instructions:
Store covered with wrap, foil or using an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
You can freeze it for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container.
Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
