Halloween Rolo Pretzels

Description

Delight your guests and family alike with this delicious and festive Halloween Pretzels recipe. These pretzel and Rolo treats with M&M’s make stunning Halloween treats. A must have snack for any spooky season parties and get togethers!


Ingredients

36 dark chocolate Rolos

36 pretzel snaps or mini twists

24 M&M’s

12 large candy eyes


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 F and line two baking trays with parchment paper. (I like to work in two batches so that I have time to assemble the Rolo pretzels before the outer chocolate starts to harden back up. If it starts to harden then it can cause more cracks when pressing the eyeballs and M&Ms into it.)
  2. Place 18 pretzels onto the prepared tray (or however many you’d like to make).
  3. Then add the unwrapped Rolos onto each pretzel.
  4. Bake for about 2-3 minutes, enough to soften the Rolos but not fully melt it.
  5. Remove from the oven and then immediately press a candy eye or M&M on top.
  6. Transfer the other tray into the oven and repeat the process.
  7. Allow to set completely before serving, about 20-30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.

Storage instructions: Store Rolo pretzels in an airtight container for up to one week.
