Description

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is an easy side dish to enjoy with any meal and takes only 15 minutes to make! Made with frozen corn, butter, cream cheese and honey, it’s sweet, creamy & so delicious! 


Ingredients

24 ounces of sweet corn, frozen

1/2 stick butter, salted

2 Tablespoons honey

4 ounces cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

In a large skillet, melt together the butter and honey.

Add in the frozen corn and stir over the medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes.

Add in the cream cheese and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, to allow the cream cheese to melt.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Storage: You can store any leftovers covered in the fridge to 2 to 3 days and you can reheat is simply in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a skillet of low-medium heat until heated through.
