Description

These Holiday Caramel Pecan Clusters are a festive, melt-in-your-mouth treat that’s perfect for the holidays. Rich chocolate coats buttery pecans drizzled with sweet caramel and topped with colorful holiday sprinkles for a fun, festive touch. They’re easy to make, require just a few ingredients, and are ideal for gift-giving or adding to your holiday dessert spread.


Ingredients

10 oz chocolate melting wafers

2/3 cup pecan halves

1/2 cup dulce de leche caramel

1 Tablespoon holiday sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until fully melted.
  3. Add small circles of chocolate to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Arrange 2-3 pecan halves on top of the chocolate circle.
  5. Heat the dulce de leche for 30 seconds to just make it a little softer. Drop a very small spoonful of dulce de leche on top of the pecans. 
  6. Cover with more chocolate. Add sprinkles.
  7. Allow candy to set at room temperature for about an hour, or chill if you want it done sooner.

Storage Instructions: Store at room temperature in airtight container.
