This easy to make Ham and Cheese Sliders recipe is always big hit for a crowd pleasing warm comforting meal or snack. With the popular combination of savory ham and gooey melted Swiss cheese they’re perfect for game days feasts, holiday parties or casual dinner gatherings
Ingredients
12 slider buns (like Hawaiian rolls)
1/2 lbs thinly sliced cooked ham
12 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Buns: Cut the slider buns in half. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Assemble the Sliders: Spread mayonnaise on the buns. Layer Swiss cheese, ham and Swiss cheese on top. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Make the Glaze: In a bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, minced onion, poppy seeds.
- Apply the Glaze: Brush the glaze generously over the top of the sliders, making sure to cover them evenly.
- Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned and crispy.
- Serve: Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before serving.

Storage instructions:
Store any leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
For warm ham and cheese leftover sliders reheat with a microwave-safe dish in the microwave using 30 second intervalsuntil warmed through.
