Description

This creamy BLT Dip with Cream Cheese is loaded with crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese for the ultimate party appetizer. Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s an easy cold dip for game day, potlucks, holidays, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 roma tomato, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, and half of the bacon, using a hand mixer.
  2. Add this mixture to the bottom of your serving dish.
  3. Top with a layer of shredded lettuce.
  4. Then, add shredded cheese in a layer.
  5. Then, add diced tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.

Notes

Store leftover BLT Dip with Cream Cheese in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For the best texture, store the creamy dip separately from the lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon whenever possible, or remove any leftover toppings before refrigerating. Fresh vegetables and crispy bacon will soften and release moisture as the dip sits. This dip is not recommended for freezing.
