Description

This Crock Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff is an easy, family-friendly dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Made with simple pantry ingredients, it slow cooks into a rich, creamy beef sauce that’s delicious served over tender egg noodles.


Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
Splash of worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
About 10 oz. egg noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. Spray crock pot with non-stick spray.
  2. In your crock pot, combine browned ground beef, mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Next, 30 minutes before cooking has finished, add sour cream and stir to combine. Then, prepare your egg noodles according to package directions. Serve ground beef stroganoff over egg noodles, enjoy!

Storage and reheating instructions:

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat using a microwave-safe dish with 30 second intervals stirring each time until heated through.
