Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 large English cucumbers, sliced thin
1/4 of a red onion, sliced thin
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, red wine vinegar, dill, sugar, and garlic powder.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add the sliced cucumber and onions, and toss to combine.
- Chill until ready to serve.
