Description

This Cream Cheese Veggie Dip is cool, creamy, and packed with fresh herb flavor. Made with simple ingredients, it’s an easy appetizer that’s perfect for game day, holiday parties, potlucks, or anytime you need a quick snack to serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pretzels.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 Tbsp dried chives

1 tsp garlic powder

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the fresh dill.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, pretzels, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

Store leftover cream cheese veggie dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Give the dip a quick stir before serving, as a little liquid may separate during storage. Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, pretzels, or chips.

Do not freeze, as the cream cheese and sour cream can become grainy and separate once thawed.
