Description

This easy Cold Italian Sliders recipe has the most delicious deli meats of Genoa salami, pepperoni, and ham. Seasoned with Italian seasonings, topped with provolone cheese and everyone’s favorite sub sauce. Perfect at any gatherings for an easy to eat lunch or dinner, or as a fun appetizer for parties.


Ingredients

12 pack slider rolls

8 slices genoa salami

24 slices pepperoni

8 slices ham

8 slices provolone cheese

2 medium slicer tomatoes

1/2 onion

1 1/2 cups lettuce, shredded

1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp submarine dressing


Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes and onion.
  2. Slice the entire package of rolls in half using one cut.
  3. Put the bottom layer of rolls on a tray or in a pan.
  4. Layer the genoa salami slices, pepperoni slices, and ham.
  5. Top the meat layer with provolone cheese slices.
  6. Next top with tomato slices, onion slices, and shredded lettuce.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning all over the sliders.
  8. Drizzle with submarine dressing.
  9. Put the top layer of rolls on.
  10. Cut into 12 sections and serve.

Notes

Storage instructions: Best enjoyed the same day but store any leftovers ingredients separately in their own airtight containers in the fridge for 2 to 3 days as made up sliders will get too mushy.
