24 fresh basil leaves

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  1. On a skewer place 2 small pearls of mozzarella.
  2. Then add a basil leaf. You can fold it double if it’s too big.
  3. Then add a cherry tomato.
  4. Then add another basil leaf.
  5. And add 2 small mozzarella pearls again.
  6. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with black pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Store the skewers in a sealed container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for up to 3 days with the basil intact. If you remove the basil, they can last 4 to 5 days.
