Description
These air fryer frenches fries are so easy to make and homemade french fries are fun to make. Say goodbye to soggy fries – these ones are nice and crispy!
Ingredients
2 russet potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch-thick size french fries
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons avocado oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley, torn
Instructions
- Wash and cut your potatoes into ¼-inch thick fries. Add the potatoes to a large bowl.
- Add the garlic, 2 tablespoons avocado oil, coarse kosher salt, ground black pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Toss until fully combined.
- Layer the air fryer tray with the fries.
- Cook the fries at 400° F for 10 minutes.
- Toss the fries and air fry for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy.

Transfer cooked fries to bowl and repeat until all the fries have been cooked.
- Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of oil over the fries and toss to fully coat.

Add the parmesan cheese and toss until fully coated. Sprinkle with torn parsley leaves on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Storage & Reheating: Store leftovers in the fridge in airtight container for up to 3 days. The fries will get soggy, but you can place them back in the air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes, or until crispy.
