Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mash bananas.
- Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Shape cookie dough by hand into round dics and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 12 to 14 minutes. The will be a little soft when you take them out of the oven.
- Cool on baking tray for a minute, then move baked cookies to wire cooling rack. Enjoy!!

Storage & Freezing Instructions:
Store cooled cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 to 5 days or in the fridge for 7 days.
If you do not want to serve from the fridge cold you can leave them out at room temperature for 30 minutes before eating.
Freezing
These cookies freeze very well. Place them in a freezer-safe container or ziplock freezer bag 2 to 3 months.
Thaw at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.
